Sourced from vines planted during the 1960’s in Dallesport, WA this wine offers a smooth palate with tropical fruit and pear aromas followed by a citrusy-crispy finish. Enjoy chilled.
2016 Sauvignon blanc, Smith-Cerne Vineyard
Produced from fruit grown in The Dalles, OR this wine provides notes of green apple and hazelnut followed by a citrus finish.
2016 Rose, Graves Vineyard
Crafted with grapes from the oldest continuously operating vineyard in Washington this delicate rose is comprised of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot. It offers woody notes of strawberries & cream and is chased by a refreshingly crisp finish.
2016 Chardonnay, Graves Vineyard
Stemming from the Graves Vineyard east of Lyle, this wine starts with creamy minerality and finishes with slight notes of toasty oak. Partially malolactic fermented and aged in new light-toast French oak barrels this wine balances the tropical aromas of classic french Chablis with the mid-palate heartiness of the new world.
2016 Charbeau nouveau, Babcock Vineyard
Hand-crafted in the spirit of Beaujolais nouveau and made from 2016 Charbono, this wine pairs notes of cranberry with a nice heavy palate and is packaged in bottles that are hand painted by the winemaker.
2015 Malbec, McKinley Springs Vineyard
Grown in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA, it presents a deep violet color with aromas of fresh blackberries, dark cherry, and coffee. Aged in American oak with chewy tannins on the palate coupled with a structured finish. Fantastic with pepperoni pizza.
2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, Bangsund Vineyard
Sourced from Chenoweth behind The Dalles in the Columbia Valley AVA and less than 15 miles from the winery, spiced cranberry meets chocolate covered cherry and takes a ride along with a high mid-palate and extended finish.
Red Dessert Wine
Notes of black pepper dominate a deep mid-palate of spice, fruit juice, and a long finish that speaks of age. This wine is complex and will improve with proper storage.
